The food allergies are unavoidable in the public restaurants, because you have no way to know what kind of ingredients have been input the dishes.
- You should make sure that what you eat will supply the baby nervous system development with enough nutrients. You can ask the dietitian to tell you that which food with essential fatty acids.
- Please do not ignore the vitamins you need. If you get prenatal supplements from the doctor, you should also pay attention to them, because they’re also good for breastfeeding diet.
